We would like to thank you for being a member of our parish family.  While we never like to see anyone leave, we understand many people move out of the area or move closer to another parish.  Thank you for your generous support to Saint Patrick Church.  To make it easier for you we have provided this online form to let us know of your decision to move out of  our parish.
